We wish to share our luxuries vacation home in desirable SW Cape Coral located on a 400 ft wide lake with easy access to surrounding islands and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy western sunsets and wildlife from lanai.

The location of the house was great! Neighborhood was nice and quiet.Within 5 minutes of arriving, the property manager was at the door. He lived across the street and out of a 8 day stay, he either stopped in, walked around property or was on the property every day. He lived across the street and as soon as you arrived he was either watching you or over!! We rent over 20 places a year and have a 5 star review, I disliked getting checked on daily and wanted to leave after his third visit! If they are that concerned with renters, don’t rent!!! House was for sale as well. Inthe garage was a parked car as well. House was overall clean. The picture of the pool online looked way bigger than what it was.

The property was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. We saw manatee just off the dock and loved using the kayaks to explore the channel.

I book this lovely house a week before arrival. When we arrive, we can see that a house is being built on the neighboring plot. I write to manager Mike and tell him that I am not satisfied with not being informed about this construction project. My wife and my daughters-in-law don't feel good by swimming in the pool in a bikini while there are 6-8 craftsmen who can see them. I get this answer: "Since we have long days and construction usually dies at around 5 pm we hope you still have enough time to use the pool without being watched by these guys". unprofessional. For information they will in the near future start building a new house on the other neighboring plot. Rico Nielsen Denmark
