Casa Pura Vida is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape with Gulf Access and southern exposure views just minutes from the Burnt Store Public Boat Ramp, Publix and Walgreens.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and Surfside with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open floor plan. This home offers a grandiose space, with a comfortable living room, formal dining space and a den with a foosball table and a sleeper couch if needed.
Casa Pura Vida has a magnificent eastern exposure facing an all private backyard that is fully fenced in. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5minutes to Matlacha, 45minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Casa Pura Vida features beautiful airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with the main King size suite to the right of the house connected to an En-suite bathroom and patio access. The other two bedrooms featuring a queen and two twin beds share a hallway bathroom that also serves as access point to the patio.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up ( total of 8 if considering using the sleeper couch).
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The pool area is wonderful. Its perfect for relaxation or getting in a few laps! The property is close to great places to eat if you choose to go out to eat - Bert's is a must - their live music in the evenings is wonderful! The property was very clean and our stay was nothing short of fabulous! We'll be back again!

We've stayed at several different rentals and have been pleased with the cleanliness and basic necessities ...bedding....kitchen...etc. The staff of Vestiva vacation rentals are very pleaeasant and easy to work with. We had several weather related problems last year during our visit. The staff was extremely efficient and promp about getting the problems corrected.
This was our third year staying in one of their properties. We had our rental questions answered within 24 hrs when we were in the process of setting our rental up.....this attention was very appreciated.
