This is the perfect property for boaters and families in Matlacha. Home is updated and has every amenity needed for a great time. We have stayed twice and will definitely return.

We had a blast over Christmas! Swimming, fishing, biking,
working out, chartered a boat, swimming.
Douglas, the owner, was awesome and Jerry, the neighbor, was very helpful.
Kitchen could use more equipment, items...other than that, excellent!

Definitely a wonderful house! Comfortable, clean and great neighborhood! Easy access to all the local fishing spots! We can't wait to come back!
