Perfectly situated near an idyllic coastal location on the outskirts of Agia Marina, Chania, Villa Reale is a contemporary architectural retreat. The 420 m2 villa spans two levels and accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms. It features a rooftop terrace with a fire pit, a heated pool, sauna, gym, playroom, ping pong table, and an outdoor playground. The villa also uses solar panels to support sustainability for a large portion of its energy needs.

-Roof terrace with fire pit and seating, panoramic city views.

-Bedroom 4 & 5: Queen beds, ensuite showers, shared balcony.
-Bedroom 6: Two single beds (can join into a king), ensuite with double sinks, shared balcony.

-Playroom with PS5, 65 TV, air hockey, board games, and comfy sofa.
-Sauna (8-seater) and gym with treadmill, static bike, weights, and exercise balls.
-Office space with two computers and a printer/scanner.

An absolutely stunning view. The standard of this villa was 5 star, from the finish, cleanliness, facilities.Location was great - lovely views of the sea and only a 10 min walk downhill to places to eat, drink, supermarket. Kosta's was very helpful with recommendations and information. Would definitely look to come back to this villa.
