The estate comprises two fully air-conditioned, beautifully appointed residence wings—Alexinia and Frangias—rented together as a single, completely private domain. Across its grand layout, the mansion features 7 comfortable sleeping quarters (including a charming loft), 6 modern bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms with satellite TV, and 2 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, ovens, microwave ovens, full-sized refrigerators, and complete coffee stations.
The outdoor grounds are designed for unforgettable Mediterranean living. Guests can relax in two private saltwater swimming pools: a stunning 50 sq.m. infinity pool overlooking the horizon and a second 25 sq.m. pool with integrated hydromassage.
