About this accommodation
The high-quality villa is located in a quiet area not far from the beaches of Alcudia, Can Picafort. The beautiful Playa de Muro can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The 220m2 house is divided as follows: 1 bedroom, dressing room with sofa bed and 1 shower room are on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (17 steps). The remaining rooms are on the ground floor.
The accommodation
These include: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, the large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people, living room with satellite TV (flat screen TV). Adjacent to the living room is the approx. 25m2 large covered terrace with a brick barbecue area and a view of the 9 x 5 m pool with approx. 500m2 of lawn.The 7,000m2 property is laid out in a Mediterranean style with many palm trees and typical trees. Carport for 2 cars. The approximately 250m2 yard can be used as a playground for the little ones. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the beautiful property not far from the wonderful beaches of the north.
On the 1st floor is the large bedroom with a view of the pool, next door is a large room with a sofa bed, dressing room and bathroom. These two rooms share the bathroom and should be occupied by one family, as the room with the dressing room is a connecting room with the bathroom at the end.
The bedroom has air conditioning and is approx. 20m2 in size, the dressing room with sofa bed is also approx. 20m2 in size.The attached shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a large vanity. A staircase with 17 steps leads to the upper area.
The two remaining bedrooms are each approx. 15m2 in size, equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and are on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin as well as a small shower room with toilet. One of the lower bedrooms has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan. All rooms have central heating. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. All family very pleased. Finca very well located but roads around it could be in a better condition. Everything in house in good working condition.

The property was fantastic and the location was convenient to grocery stores and other amenities in Can Picafort. We had an issue with the gate remote opener which the owners fixed right away so very satisfied with the level of service. The pool water quality was very well maintained and hot water was readily available for all 7 of us having showers. A couple of areas to be aware of is the bedroom on the second floor can get quite hot for sleeping as it was requested to keep the windows closed during the day. A fan would have been nice to make it more comfortable for sleeping as we had a few days above 30 degrees celsius. Also be aware that although it only happened a few times, when the wind is coming from the back of the property, the smell from the boiler for the hot water can make it into the outdoor sitting area but this only happened a few times during our 2 week stay. Since we cooked dinner there almost every night, it was nice having a full kitchen and charcoal BBQ available, not to mention the fresh rosemary & mint growing on the property. We would definitely consider staying at this property again and it was great having owners that were so responsive. Highly recommend!

We've just returned from a lovely week's holiday at Villa Gran Vista.
The villa is lovely, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and with fabulous outdoor space with plenty of shade. We were a family of 7 (one child) and everyone had a wonderful time, the pool was great and the table tennis table an added bonus :-)
A car is essential as the Villa itself is a little out of the way (with no public transport or footpath on the main road) but only approx. 3 miles to Can Picafort and Muro Beach so popping in and out was easy. That said we were happy to spend as much time at the villa as possible. Alcudia was also a short drive away and we would recommend a visit to the old town on Market Day (Tuesday). Tip: use the GPS co-ordinates on your phone or Sat Nav to find the Villa initially, the written directions had left mixed up with right (hopefully now amended - turn right after marker post 7)
The owners met us on arrival, were lovely and very attentive - Muchisimas gracias por la fabulosa estadia, Nos gustaria muchisimo volver en el futuro nuestros mejores deseos :-)
