About this accommodation
The high-quality villa is located in a quiet area not far from the beaches of Alcudia, Can Picafort. The beautiful Playa de Muro can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The 220m2 house is divided as follows: 1 bedroom, dressing room with sofa bed and 1 shower room are on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (17 steps). The remaining rooms are on the ground floor.
The accommodation
These include: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, the large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people, living room with satellite TV (flat screen TV). Adjacent to the living room is the approx. 25m2 large covered terrace with a brick barbecue area and a view of the 9 x 5 m pool with approx. 500m2 of lawn.The 7,000m2 property is laid out in a Mediterranean style with many palm trees and typical trees. Carport for 2 cars. The approximately 250m2 yard can be used as a playground for the little ones. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the beautiful property not far from the wonderful beaches of the north.
On the 1st floor is the large bedroom with a view of the pool, next door is a large room with a sofa bed, dressing room and bathroom. These two rooms share the bathroom and should be occupied by one family, as the room with the dressing room is a connecting room with the bathroom at the end.
The bedroom has air conditioning and is approx. 20m2 in size, the dressing room with sofa bed is also approx. 20m2 in size.The attached shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a large vanity. A staircase with 17 steps leads to the upper area.
The two remaining bedrooms are each approx. 15m2 in size, equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and are on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin as well as a small shower room with toilet. One of the lower bedrooms has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan. All rooms have central heating. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Wir waren als Familie im Juni 2022 in diesem schönen, großen und sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus. Die veröffentlichten Bewertungen sind alle korrekt. Nur wird verschwiegen, dass das Haus im Norden der Insel in der direkten Einflugschneise des Flughafens Palma liegt, dass neben an Hühner leben und der Hahn rund um die Uhr kräht - Tag und Nacht! Der Anfahrtsweg ist nicht nur etwas holprig, sondern benötigt mind. einen SUV ohne Beschädigungen am PKW zu befürchten! Das Poolwasser war bei der Ankunft leider in keinem guten Zustand, was sehr enttäuschend war. Der Mangel wurde behoben, doch zwei Tage vor Ende unserer Ferien wurde - unserer Meinung nach durch falsche Handhabung - das Wasser wieder verdorben. Bis jetzt hat sich die Agentur dazu leider nicht weiter geäußert. Haus und Lage sind wirklich top! Die weiteren Umstände sind aber nicht zu verleugnen.
