About this cabin rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath + loft Chalet with Hot tub and amazing views in a totally private setting of 6 acres. Private Hiking trails around the property leading to streams and ponds. Only minutes from the quaint town of Wilmington and Lake Whitingham.

*- Winter months require AWS or 4X4 vehicle
* - Primary renter must be 30 and over
*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
*- Non Shedding dog will be considered. Please inquire about your pet before booking. There will be $75/stay up to 3 nights.
*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Loved how quiet and private this cabin was. The bed upstairs was incredibly comfy. Stayed here in 100 degree weather and the AC was stellar. Overall, if you're staying in the area, you cant do better than this place. Owner was SUPER responsive. Highly recommend, can't think of any negatives.
