A cozy retreat in the heart of the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer,
this 50-square-meter apartment offers all the comforts you need (office space, Wi-Fi, coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, sheets, bath towels...) to ensure you have an ideal stay.
It’s located near the beach, shops, and the train station (a 2-minute walk), making it very easy to get here from the airport and to visit Monaco, Italy, and the entire French Riviera!
Whether you’re attending a conference, traveling with friends, family, or as a couple, you’ll be in an ideal location!
The apartment features a mezzanine with a sleeping area and a desk. It also offers a comfortable double living room with a reading nook that can be converted into a second sleeping area with its sofa bed for two people. The functional kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, all the necessary cooking utensils, a microwave, and a washing machine. Its spacious bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for after a day at the beach.
The apartment is just a stone’s throw from my home, so I’ll be available throughout your stay to help make your time here enjoyable and to recommend the region’s must-see attractions.
You’ll be right in the heart of the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer, with its magnificent natural harbor, restaurants, and wonderful walking trails. Don’t forget that the village is on a steep hillside, so you’ll have to navigate plenty of stairs!! This includes getting to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor!
The apartment’s proximity to the train station makes it very easy to get to any destination. The centers of Nice and Monaco are just a 10-minute train ride away, and the airport and Italy are 45 minutes away.

Accommodations were satisfactory considering the age of the Facilities. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but doable. Locating the apartment was a bit difficult to get to especially when arriving late and no lights on the rue are on. Otherwise location was great and close to the train station. Our host was very accommodating once we were able to reach her. Overall good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Villefranche sur mer … it is such a gorgeous parent with everything you need, lovely and clean and bright and Elodie is so lovely and accommodating. It is the perfect spot to explore the old town, dip in the ocean or catch a train to Monaco. We will be back again and again. Thoroughly recommend!

It was very different, yet pleasant experience for us…. Love the historic environment, restaurants , and the beach….
We had everything we needed (and more) in our place, compliments to our landlord to make this place very functional…

Great place in a great location: in the center but quiet. Elodie was a very helpful host. Only downside is the tiny toilet under the stairs and the fact that you have to hold the shower in your hand when you shower. Overall we had a great stay.
