This condo is wonderful! The view and the amenities are great. Highly recommend this condo to all. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. Check in and out was easy peasy.

This place is great for the beach and pier park! It was a little untidy and needed some more sweeping up in the bathrooms and common areas. We also thought a few more rolls of toilet paper would be good. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it!

The view was amazing and being right on the beach was a plus. Pier Park was just a couple minutes walk down the road. The owner himself was great with communication but the property manager was not. We had several issues. First, be prepared to supply any necessities you’ll need for your stay- like toilet paper and trash bags, etc. as well as kitchen stuff. We were not told we’d need to supply anything. We don’t eat out all the time and having to provide different things to help with cooking, like tinfoil and dish soap, was very frustrating. Our son has special needs and we couldn’t simply go out and get what we needed. Property manager stopped responding to me after the first day of requesting a dust pan (found a broom but no dust pan) and never actually brought a dust pan. The biggest issue of all was black mold. All in both bathrooms. I’m allergic and had to battle a reaction to it all week. I sent pics to the owners, and they said they will take care of it.
Take note that even though this room is at a large condo, none of the condo chairs for the beach are included with the room. It’s $50 for the first day and $40 for any day after that. Or just bring your own chairs.
