- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration..
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Great condo! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Calypso was in walking distance to Pier Park, the beach was steps away and elevators were fast. We would absolutely book here again.

Everything was perfect for our family vacation and 1st time to Panama City Beach. Check in was seamless, no dealing with a front desk, you just let yourself into the Condo. Communication was excellent prior too, during, and after our trip. Condo was very clean and everything was as described. Location was perfect! Beautiful view overlooking the pier, a block away from Pier Park which has all of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Walmart, Starbucks, and Top Golf just a few minute drive away. Beach service that was included was seamless. Just stop by their hut on the beach every morning, give them your name and condo #, and they assign you your chairs/umbrella for the entire day. Jet Ski rental and parasailing right on the beach in front of the Condo. Very easy to order the free tickets for the activities that are included as well. We have a 6-year-old son, and we utilized the free 20 Dave & Buster's card everyday while we were there. About a 6-minute walk to Dave & Buster's from the condo if you cut through the parking lots. The free 20 card would last between an hour or two of play time for him. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again when we come back to town and highly recommend to others! Thank you for the great experience and hospitality!

We booked the week of April 12, 2025. We love calypso tower this is our 5th trip to this building but different room. I usually book from families who also use their condos so first time with a rental company. The condo smelled musty all week and I’ve been in this tower so I know it’s the unit itself. The master bed and other queen bed were uncomfortable. It’s like a foam topper on top of an older mattress so you sink into the middle or end up sinking towards the heaviest person in bed. It reminded me of my parent’s old water bed in the 90s. It’s definitely time for new beds. The sofas were old and dirty / worn looking. The master bathroom shower looks like the wall around it is rotting. I don’t feel clean here and was ready to head back to my house after this stay. I wouldn’t come back to this unit as I know there are plenty of other ones Available that are far more updated and clean.
