The property and condo were slight below average. Pros- Bottom floor, no elevator or lines- In decent shape and clean - Close to Pier Park (5 minute walk)- Beach chairs and umbrella includedCons- Bottom floor, and pool is right outside the door so can be noisy. The property closes the pool at 10:00pm but the tiki bar is one room up and stays open late. The music can be distracting during the later hours of the evening. - Check-in is specific at 4:01 local time...not 4:00 but specifically 4:01. If you are going to be that specific about the door code being active you SHOULD ensure that the code actually works. We could not get into our room and the customer service agent, who was nice, was impossible to understand. Nothing terrible but not great.
