Escape to the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountain region and stay at this beautiful custom Adobe three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home! Ideally situated in a quiet, family-friendly, walker-friendly, neighborhood just north of Hwy 522, the property boasts classic southwest style, an expansive game and entertainment room, and sleeping arrangements for 8 in beds, or up to 10 with optional futon and day bed in the king suite. Gourmet kitchen with modern stainless appliances, coffee bar, and big island bar with seating for 5, dining table with seating for 6, and patio dining table with seating for 6 make it easy to spread out and entertain indoors and out. The home is features Saltillo tile throughout and although it is a single level home there are a few rooms with level changes requiring a stair step.
The outdoor spaces and furnishings invite you to enjoy the peaceful quiet of the neighborhood and the mountain views to the east.
With the historic sites of Taos Pueblo, mesmerizing Rio Grande Gorge and outdoor activities of Taos Ski Valley all easily accessible, the home is the perfect getaway for all your daily adventures! This beautiful home is located just a mile from a few great restaurants, and there are dozens more food and beverage opportunities in the area, entertainment and great cultural and artistic adventures in the Town of Taos, the Village of Arroyo Seco, and the Village of Taos Ski Valley. This home is beautiful and located in a perfect spot to experience Taos. Easy to get to and they are great at communicating. We ran into a minor challenge with an appliance and they did their best to support us and stay in communication. It matches the description and photos which is always a great blessing when choosing a space.

Overall, the house was great and wonderful fit for our needs. We were travelling there for a spring break ski trip with two families. The space was great, the kids made use of the game room, and the house was stocked with all the cooking items we needed to make our stay comfortable. I have to point out that the primary bathroom shower was not working properly upon our arrival. The water pressure was non-existent and there appeared to be something wrong with the shower faucet that prevented it from staying on hot water. The bathtub was very large and worked perfectly. We reached out to the property manager via text message to inquire about trash pickup and the faucet issues but never got a response. I could have tried harder, called and texted again, but once we were met with an initial no response, we stopped trying. Again, not enough of an issue to ruin our stay - just something to be aware of. Other than that, we had a lovely stay - the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the ski area and the town of Taos.
