• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak times (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM sharp during peak periods
Early check-in may be possible outside peak times – just get in touch at least 24 hours before you arrive and we’ll see what we can do!

By booking, you’re agreeing to the following:
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors
• No parties or events – this is a peaceful family getaway, not a party house
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times so everyone (including the neighbours) can relax and enjoy
Strictly not allowed:
• Fireworks, firearms, or explosives
• Motorbike riding on the property
• Driving or parking on lawns or gardens
Note - If these rules aren’t followed, we may need to ask you to leave early without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Extra cleaning charges may also apply if the place isn’t left clean and tidy.

Sparkling clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom home with a beautiful outlook to the creek from the expansive covered deck and backyard. We were visited by kangaroos and a variety of birds. The hosts have thought of everything and even provided cooking oil, aluminium foil, honey and Vegemite. It was a little unusual having a second bathroom which was only accessible via the rear deck and we were surprised at the level of road traffic noise during the night given the location. The home is comfortable and modern but the mattresses varied in firmness with the king bed very soft and another bed quite firm.
