50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.

Hot water out twice in two days
Mice in the kitchen
Wrong part of town with domestics sporadically through the night.
Flyscreen doors broken and smashing through the night
Light film of dirt throughout house
