Excellent facilities

Wonderful family stay! Spacious home with all facilities and a massive backyard—ideal for kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well set up. Would definitely recommend!

Location was great for us. House was good size to accommodate us all. Great outside space for the children to play. House was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Had everything we needed.

Unfortunately there was no gas in the barbeque.

Great family lounge and alfresco area and secure back yard

Kitchen was absolutely filthy with grease built up in cupboards and drawers. Been there for years not days or months. I spent about five hours cleaning the cupboards and shelves and washing all the crockery and cutlery so I felt they were clean enough to use and store food. Bathrooms had soap scum and mould in showers, main toilet loose on footings and seal through floor leaked all over the floor into the sink area. Smelt like sewage. Mouse/rat poo in kitchen cupboards and all through outside BBQ meaning we didn’t use the BBQ. Multiple 200 mm holes in septic pit lid in backyard covered over with logs of wood. Dangerous if toddlers playing in back yard. Overall the house needs some good maintenance done, and to be professionally cleaned if going to be rented out. I tried to call the Real Estate Agent rather than writing on here, but they have not returned my call from 5 days ago. I was very disappointed and embarrassed to have paid so much money to rent this house to meet and stay with family from another state, and to then have to spend hours of my holiday cleaning it so it was safe to use the kitchen from a health perspective was very frustrating.
