About this apartment rental
My apartment was decorated by me thinking how I would like to live if I was visiting Buenos Aires , it is modern , warm , spacious, quiet , comfortable , to make you feel at home.
The space
The apartment has WiFi, and cable TV . Also a Laundry in the fifth floor, you do not need any token for the machines.
El departamento cuenta con WiFi, y television por cable, lavadero en el quinto piso, que no requiere pagar fichas para accionar las maquinas.

In case you need to leave your luggage after the check out, we can help you, for more information send me a message.
One block from the building, crossing the street, you have the hop on-hop off turist bus stop, that belong to City goverment, it is safe and a good option for visiting the highlights in a confortable way.
Interaction with guests
I am available for any question at any time for the guest. We also arrange taxis in case you need to pick you up at the airport, or any other place you might need.

The maximum acceptable stay is only 30 consecutive calendar days.

Remember that trash can be drop in containers that are opening the door in front of the elevator.

Maria's apartment was a perfect location for our stay in BA with quick access to some amazing restaurants (shout out to La Porta Nera). The kitchen, bathrooms, office area, and the bedroom area were all perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay again. Communication was on-point and really appreciated how informative and helpful Maria was with the apartment and in general BA knowledge.

Our stay in Buenos Aires was excellent. We loved our accommodation. It was beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, specially with recommendations to venues in the city. We highly recommend staying in this rental and we would definitely stay again in our next visit. We stayed a week at this wonderful loft apartment in the heart of Palermo. One of my best VRBO experiences ever. Host was super helpful and responsive, apartment was spotless and nicely appointed. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could want. Wonderful balcony with seating. Close to many restaurants, stores, and the subway. We absolutely loved it. Recommend highly with no reservations.

Maria is a great hostess. It’s a noisy location - corner of one very busy street (Paraguay) and one fairly busy street (Fray J Santamaria de Oro), but it is Palermo-Soho. Kitchen needs more cooking utensils to facilitate cooking a meal. You have to be careful on the steps to loft, particularly coming down.Carpeting the steps might help. Found lighting in general and upstairs bathroom to be overly bright. Plug-in nightlites would be helpful. Like most rentals, more hooks for towels, hand towels, especially by the bathroom sink and back of bathroom doors would be appreciated. Lounge area is taken up with a rather large, low couch and coffee table. Didn’t find it conducive to hanging out. This apartment probably works better for a single business person as the mini office upstairs is very handy.
