These beautiful accommodations offer a spacious and bright environment, with designer furniture to make your stay a unique experience. The building is located just 100 meters away from the popular Plaza Armenia in the heart of Palermo Soho.
Each loft has a full bathroom and air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
There are large balconies, so you can enjoy an outdoor dinner with your friends or family. In addition, it has high-speed internet, so you can stay connected at all times.
This lofts are located in a privileged area of the city, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
LOFT 2B = 2 single beds (or queen).
LOFT 2C = 2 single beds (or queen) + sofa bed.
LOFT 4D = 2 single beds(or queen) + sofa bed.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
