This old building has been completely recycled anew, offering all the amenities you could need during your stay in Buenos Aires.
Our triplex has 3 large bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, which is why it is perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to enjoy the city together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and in addition, you will have air conditioning in all environments so that you feel comfortable at all times.
But best of all is our large patio with private pool and grill. Imagine being able to enjoy an afternoon of sun and fun with your friends while you cool off in the pool and prepare delicious roasts on the grill. A dream made real!
In addition, you will have high-speed internet and a washer for your greatest convenience. And for your peace of mind, we have security cameras in the access so that you feel safe throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Our two daughters loved it! The internet worked fine; we could cook there, and the washing machine was very helpful. Palermo Soho is a great neighborhood, and we were very happy to have decided to stay there. The apartment could receive a few improvements, but nothing really game-changing. Just be aware that the walls are very thin, and you hear a lot of noise from the other apartments. It bothered us only for two out of the seven nights, but it could have been a bigger problem.
