Located high up in a newly constructed high rise building, the apartment is a luxurious, private and comfortable space where you can enjoy the city even when you are at home. The apartment has been fully equipped with the highest quality furniture, electronics, bathroom and kitchen amenities, including a foam mattress double size bed, flat screen TV, high end stereo and DVD player, LG Art Cool air conditioning system, floor heating, full height fridge, gas oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. Free, fast wireless access so you can stay in touch with friends and family back home. Perfectly located in the trendy neighbourhood of Palermo, it is just 2 blocks away from the subway stop and many city bus lines.
Located in the heart of the city's trendy community of Palermo, Buena Vista apartment is ideally situated. This neighbourhood is close to the city's largest parkland including the Botanical Gardens, the Japanese Garden, the Rose Garden, the Eco Park and the Palermo lakes. Palermo is renowned for some of the hottest gay and straight bars, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping boutiques along cobbled streets lined with trees and historic architecture.

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart. If other guests are coming or going on the same day, check-out from the apt. is at 11am and check-in is after 1pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.
If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your luggage.

Thanks Ralf for a great stay at the apartment. Location was superb - near to many facilities: excellent restaurants, bars, currency exchange, transport, sites. Apartment was great and good value for 2 people. Look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was just as the pictures showed, Ralf could not have been more gracious or helpful. The administrative staff were extremely professional. The apartments location was terrific. We were able to walk everywhere and found cabs quickly when we did not want to walk. We started our apartment search with Tripadvisor, a horrible mistake. Travelmob and crew made our trip a success.
