Aruba Condominiums opened in 2021 and is one of the newest oceanfront complexes in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, offering upscale comforts and state of the art amenities. Just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba is close to some of the area's best shopping and dining. Sunglow Pier, home of the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant, is just a short stroll away, and local surf shops, convenience stores, and beach parks are all within walking distance.
The expansive oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and surrounded by designer pavers and lush native Florida landscaping, creating a true oceanfront oasis. Other amenities at Aruba include on-site electric vehicle chargers, a spacious fitness center, and a club room.
The moment you enter this 9th floor oceanfront condo, you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The spacious living room overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, with comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV that invite you to enjoy the breathtaking views with family and friends. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar, perfect for hosting meals for the whole group. The adjacent dining area seats 6, with 4 additional bar stools, and is surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean. A washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience.
The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and large windows to take in the ocean views. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a beautiful tiled shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and a connecting full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, which also has a second entrance from the rest of the condo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV.
Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furniture lets you relax and take in the ocean breeze with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Each unit has one reserved parking space in the secure underground garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is available on the main level on a first come, first served basis, but only your assigned space can be guaranteed. Aruba also offers electric vehicle chargers on-site, making it one of the few vacation rental options in the Daytona Beach area where you can charge your EV right where you stay. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request after your booking is confirmed.
Pet policy: This condo welcomes up to two dogs (dogs only), and each dog must weigh 25 lbs or less. The pet fee for the entire stay is $250 for one dog or $400 for two dogs. Because this is an optional fee, it is added after booking and will not appear in your online quote. The HOA may also request your dog's vaccination records, which must be provided upon request.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies, and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. The only complaint I have was the internet not working well at all. Overall everything was great. The view was so nice and we loved it here.

The view was extraordinary it felt like I was in the ocean. The place was clean. The host responded to all texts when I couldn't figure out the locks. The Hot tub was great when other parents didn't have there kids playing in there. It was Wonderful, Relaxing, Blissful, Pure effortless happiness and deep peace what's all I felt while I was there. Thank you.

Parking was great so nice to have an assigned spot in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked and we had beach towels, chairs and toys all waiting for us. The view was amazing, even could see the Artemis launch! We would definitely stay again! Also, nice family friendly and quiet part of the beach.

View was great. Enjoyed hot tub.Pool was comfortably heated but for only half of our stay -pool was cold the second half of our stay.Twin mattresses in one of bedrooms were way too soft.Plenty of towels.
