About this house rental
Beautiful colonial style house located in the Natural Park of Serralada de Marina, but only 20 km from the center of Barcelona. After all the day of sightseeing in the city, enjoy your real vacation in a quiet place surrounded by nature. The privileged situation of the house allows you to enjoy maximum tranquility while watching incredible sunsets lying in your hammock. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families with children and / or pets.
What is really special is the situation. Being so close to Barcelona, allows you to make urban tourism throughout the day and relax afterwards in a house surrounded by nature, with all that that entails (you hear birds instead of trucks, or you can watch the sunset from the porch of the garden)

The property listing is accurate. It’s a no frills but perfectly adequate place to call home while visiting Barcelona and surround areas.
Alexis, his partner and their dogs are great and very responsive and ready to help.
Expect to walk from the Montcada train station about 1.5 miles to the house. A rental car or scooter is a plus but not necessarily needed.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexis’ house. It has the comfort of home with a unique style. The photos in the listing do not do it justice in that we found it more beautiful. It is very inviting, tranquil, spacious, excelsior clean, and has a great kitchen. This is a haven outside of the city intensity; it is close enough to easily access the urban experience. Alexis is as unique as the house and gave us superb advice on Barcelona and the surrounding areas. Loved it! Thanks so much!!
