La situation géographique, la vue, la superficie de l'appartement et les équipements. La proximité des restaurants, la bonne boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble et la plage très agréable pour se promener au printemps.
Le confort des lits, peut-être trop mous. Il pourrait y avoir de quoi faire un café (au moins des filtres).
