The host Natalia was wonderful good communication skills . The location was wonderful - shops near by ,beach ⛱️ 10 mins walking .
Beds were so comfy.
Train was near by
This is a property with open plan so no doors to the bedrooms.
No Privacy in the apartment
So it was definitely a family holiday
The main front door if locked , you need the key to get out - with a family of 7 adults this was a fire hazard - this needs reviewing.
The terrace had a different display photo so it needs updating .
Clients need to be told that there are two flights of stairs - especially if traveling with small children

A lovely top floor apartment with balcony right on top of the Metro station to head into Barcelona and only 10 minutes walk from the shops and beach. Open plan/mezzanine floor meant our family & friends group had privacy whilst still being in contact, whether someone was on the balcony or in the kitchen we were all able to chat and enjoy each others' company.
Although there were some minor maintenance issues at the end of a busy tourist season, such as lightbulbs that needed replacing, this did not spoil our enjoyment of our stay.

Zeer gunstig gelegen appartement in Badalona. Op loopafstand van centrum, strand en metro. Appartement is ruim opgezet met slaapplaatsen voor 7 personen. Fijn met 2 badkamers. Het appartement is niet geschikt voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn, alleen bereikbaar middels 4 trappen. We hebben dagelijkse onze work out gehad. Er zijn wel enkele zaken die opgeknapt/vernieuwd mogen worden. Keuken is echt aan vervanging toe, hoewel alles werkt. Het meubilair op het dakterras is net niet comfortabel. Maar dat zijn zaken die vast nog wel aangepakt worden. De bedden waren voorzien van hele fijne en comfortabele matrassen, heerlijk geslapen. Onze host Natalia was super! Goed bereikbaar en eventuele issues werden direct opgelost. Kortom een fijne plek op een steenworp afstand van Barcelona.
Er zijn enkele dingen die opgeknapt/vernieuwd mogen worden zoals hierboven aangegeven.

Natalia very helpful and very good communication. The apartment has good facilities. The wi-fi , bedding and showers were all good. The apartment is right next to a metro station and opposite mini-mart.
