Windsor Place II Oceanfront Villa ~ Just Steps from the Beach! Seasonally Heated Community Pool!
**Please Note: The building's elevator is scheduled to undergo a modernization project from November 2026 through March 2027. During this time, the elevator is expected to be out of service. Construction schedules are subject to change, and we appreciate your understanding and patience while these improvements are being completed.**
Escape to 2114 Windsor Place, a beautifully appointed one-bedroom villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Nestled within the sought-after Windsor Place oceanfront complex, this villa offers exceptional amenities, stunning pool views, and is just steps from Hilton Head Island's pristine beaches.
Located on the first floor, the villa is accessible via one flight of stairs from the main level. Elevator access is also available from the parking garage below (except during the scheduled modernization project noted above).
As you enter, you'll find an inviting open-concept floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area are conveniently located to the right, while a full guest bathroom is just to the left. The spacious dining and living area opens to beautiful views overlooking the Windsor Place pool and landscaped grounds, with the Atlantic Ocean just beyond.
Step outside onto the specious covered balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. Furnished with a dining table and chairs it's the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large Smart TV, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
The living room offers additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa. A twin rollaway bed is also provided, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. Additional amenities include Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, keyless entry, fresh linens and beach towels.

Only electric boats owned by property owners are permitted on the lagoons. Gas-powered boats are prohibited.
Swimming in the lakes or lagoons is prohibited.
Quiet hours are enforced. Excessive noise or loud music is not permitted.
Alligators are dangerous. State law prohibits feeding, harassing, or approaching alligators.
Please do not feed wildlife.
Hunting, shooting, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Towels and swimwear may not be hung over balcony or porch railings.
Trash containers must remain in the designated service yard and should not be placed at the street.

This was exactly like the pictures and a great value for beachfront HHI. The living room was very large, the furniture was very comfortable and plentiful, and the bed was comfortable too. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathrooms were a little dated and the showers were a little small, but we knew that from the pictures before booking and it didn't matter to us. Excellent communication with the hosts, who checked on us throughout our stay. We liked this condo so much that we already booked it again for a trip next year, which is the true mark of a 5-star stay!

Beautiful condo and view of pool. Can hear ocean from the porch! Condo is spacious and fully equipped. Pool is very nice and short walk to beach. Will be back!

The balcony view was blocked by scaffold and the blinds were broken so we got to look at it all day.
