OCEANFRONT 5-bdrm. NOTE: Expedia/Vrbo uses AI and Google maps to make changes, noting you must drive to the a public access beach. That is incorrect. The Pearl by the Sea is ON the beach!
Easy Walkway right to the beach and toes in the sand. Walkway goes from first floor and ramp (from the ground)! So quite easy for your fishing gear, grandma or kids wagon, w/ only a few steps down to the beachside. Volleyball and (small) Mini Putt-Putt course in backyard and fun for all
Thanks for looking at Pearl by the Sea at North Topsail Beach which is one of two UNIQUE properties. The Pearl is in the community of the VILLAGE OF STUMP SOUND, S. Permuda Wynd in North Topsail Beach, NC. The Pearl and the Flip Flop Inn (vrbo 181444) sit side-by-side. They are on a private street in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach and together they are called North Topsail Oceanfront Rentals.
The community pool is just down the street and only a 3-4 minute walk by street or beach. The sound side of our community is right across the street, is a great place to enjoy a walk, ride your bike or play tennis. You can also play pickle ball. Come and enjoy!! Many times emails are slow to come through this Expedia site (the owner of Vrbo). Although, always happy to hear from travelers and answer any questions, before booking.
Rentals are weekly only w/ checkin/checkout... SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during warm months. Weeks can have some flexibility outside of warmer months, although is weekly. All rates include cleaning and linens. Pearl by the Sea is located in a premier development at the end of the cul-de-sac. I am sure you will love The Pearl by the Sea.
All bedrooms on the first floor (1) King, (1) Queen and bunk bedroom w/ 2 sets of bunkbeds) have access to oceanside deck and wonderful views. Main floor (2nd) has Queen bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, great room and dining area with ocean views and occasional dolphin citings. Baby Crib/High chair available for little one. Flatscreen TV's in great room and most bedrooms.
Elevator goes from Ground floor to 1st and 2nd floors. It does not go to 3rd floor. 3rd floor has a King bedroom w/ private deck. Yes..we have wireless internet! If you're an early bird..can take beautiful sunrise pictures from oceanside decks.
FOR MORE AREA PICTURES...check out our Flip Flop Inn which sits to the left of the Pearl! Any questions...please ask. There is only one "Pearl by the Sea" in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach. The Pearl and our other home, the Flip Flop Inn (vrbo 181444) SHARE the volleyball court and putt-putt in the back yard. Always fun to watch the young and old enjoy and being ff their electronics for awhile!

A Pearl by the Sea is perfectly named. What a gem of a property! This spacious home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful ocean-front view, well-appointed bedrooms/baths, a kitchen that is a fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The decks and walkways to the beach are well designed for easy access. The volleyball court and putt putt are so much fun! Add in Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards sitting in the outside cubbies, kid toys, and crib, what else do you need for a wonderful vacay!!?? This owner (Susan) thought of every detail to make guests feel like they’re not home away from home. She was incredible at communicating throughout the rental process. We will definitely be renting this property again.

The Pearl will not disappoint! The location is perfect-oceanfront, beautiful yard, close to amenities. It has the best well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Our family loved the decor, the large kitchen table for meals and puzzles, the elevator for hauling up suitcases/groceries, and the kid toys and games. Wonderful!
