Newly installed Central Air-conditioning! Ocean views along with Mountain views right on the beach! In Kihei, you can not be any closer to the beach! This building is maintained like a resort! From the soft golf grass turf to the beautiful pool you feel like you are in heaven. Huge rooftop providing 360 degree views of all of maui. This is why we chose this condo; peaceful, relaxing yet close to the action of what Hawaii is all about! Ocean view and Ocean sounds, Sunrise and Sunset - look the other way and you can see the crater and green mountains or the moons reflection over the ocean! Inside the condo - Special attention to all the details is what makes this vacation seamless. The ocean views from laying in bed or taking a shower you may never leave the condo. Two separated master suite bedrooms! Newly renovated and everything you need from beach gear, coolers and a full kitchen ready for your stay!

We loved our stay at this property. It was well maintained, great central location and had everything our family needed! We’d definitely choose this property again in the future, highly recommend!

Condo was everything the listing said, clean, updated, great location and ocean view. Unfortunately the pool was not available due to maintenance on it, but we made due.The owner was very accommodating and available. We had a great time enjoying the condo and the ocean.

The condo was not as expected. The photos are photoshopped and the condo appears much brighter and larger than it actually is. The view from the balcony is very nice. It’s is old and requires a good renovation. The lighting system is very confusing and the patio doors are difficult to open and close. The kitchen is lacking some basic items that I would expect in this kind of rental. Some various sizes of containers for leftovers which are not expensive to provide. Although there was salt, there was no pepper. There is no kettle for tea. It would be a nice touch if there was a small welcome package upon arriving. Enough coffee for the first morning, a couple of tea bags, and a half dozen bottles of water, a box of tissue. Coming off a plane, especially a late flight, it would give guests time to assess what they need to buy once they get to a grocery store. The host is very polite, responsive, and timely in his communication, and was kindly accommodating when I requested an extra 2 hours to check out.
