About this apartment rental
Super Hosts invite you to reserve your stay at our fully remodeled air conditioned condo unit. The unit has 2 Bedrooms, a Sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6 ) that have been fully remodeled. 1 King bed and two singles (the two singles can be combined into one king). The kitchen and living room have also been remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and furniture. Every room (including the living room) has its own separate air conditioner as well as ceiling fan. Ocean view from Living room, bedroom and lanai. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher and small appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. 3 t.v.'s, cable, WIFI, DVD, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, and beach towels. There is no telephone due to everyone now using cell phones. Please no smoking in condo. There is a smoking bench in parking area. Most condo's require paid parking, but we provide free parking! The pool is heated and just steps away from the lanai. There are beautiful, clean barbecues pool side and rooftop. The rooftop at sunset is something you cannot miss. There are BBQ's up there, perfect for entertaining. This is a MUST stay Unit!!!

Condo was exactly as described. We had a great adventures on Maui during the day and came back to a gorgeous sunset at the condo every night.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean, in great condition and the views of the West Maui mountains, the ocean, and the pool were outstanding! The hosts were very responsive and kept communication lines open.

The beach was oversold, is a tidal beach and at high tide there is no beach. On three mornings of our week long stay, the lawn sprinkler system woke us at 4 am. Management was not interested in adjusting the time and suggest that you do not stay in the front room. Between 5am and 6:30 am every morning a rooster work us up too. There was an evacuation test warning went off mid week without warning or prior information and alarmed many guests. The office lady was less than helpful on all these matters and just shrugged her shoulders.The unit itself was well appointed, close to a nice pool in lovely gardens and had a great view. However, a lot of the apartment was filled with coolers, children’s toys and personal paraphernalia that obstructed important storage space.We also were annoyed about excessive expectations of cleaning the apartment before leaving. We were fine to put out trash in outside bins and towels in the washing machine but in all the scores of places we have stayed in around the world, including Maui and Stayz, we have never ever been told to sweep and vacuum floors and strip beds as well, especially as we were paying a cleaning fee!
