Close to ocean. Good views. Liked mirrored balcony wall, giving every seated guest an ocean view. Easy to get to beach. Really beautiful grassy area. Our unit was far from elevator. Very convenient location.
Elevator was a bit far. Shower door in main bath was confusing. Color changing night light scared us.

The pool was very cold. I was told that it is heated by solar panels and if it’s cloudy or windy there is no heat. Not enough parking

The location, partial Ocean view, a bunch of stuff in the apartment, new appliances
Small ants were coming from under the conditioner in the kitchen, very noisy second bedroom, in the night it was hard to fall asleep, not sure whether it is because on the rooftop some air conditioners or something else.

Location is great.
Some 'utilities' need more attention.
