Perfect location for beaches, whale watching and getting to other locations on Maui.
Much of the information on the check-in information was incorrect. The email that we sent to register our automobile led us to the wrong address. After that was finally sorted out, I needed to reach out to our contact (Melinda) who was able to give us updated codes to enter the apt. and the pool area. She was awesome as she responded almost immediately each time.

The apartment was nice and clean and spacious. Everything was working as advertised. The view was beautiful and encompassed the pool, beach and the ocean. We slept to the soothing sounds of the surf. We would gladly stay here again. The staff did an excellent job of caring for and cleaning the common areas of the property.
The beach chairs and umbrellas were not in good working order. Obtaining the parking pass was inconvenient as the office hours were only from 10-2 and this disrupted our first day out and about. Out of the owners control, some residents were loud and boisterous into the evening and past "Quiet Hours."

The location was excellent. Great access to the pool and beach.Great views. Outside was kept up very nicely .
The windows were very dirty. Outside of the kitchen cupboards were not clean.
