Noisy street. Liked proximity to beach. Leave instructions for guests regarding where the best swimming beaches are located.
Some trouble getting key to the pool when we arrived. Instructions about getting into the property should have been clearer - indicate that no code/key was needed to get into the main building and that security code provided was for our suite/condo unit.

This location was fantastic. Loved everything about it. We would finitely stay here again when we return to Maui. And the price was amazing.
One of the bathrooms wasn’t clean … mostly just sand etc in bathtub and on toilet…and the outlet in the kitchen doesn’t work so we had to make toast on the floor….not a big deal but the owner might want to know it doesn’t work.

Great location. Lots of space inside. Fairly quiet building. Oceanview.
The condo would need a bit of upkeep. Bathtub faucet in main bathroom was leaking quite a bit. GFCI receptacle in kitchen not working. Maintenance crew was non-responsive as we had a beeping smoke detector. I had to remove the battery but nobody came to fix it. Ceiling of guest bedroom was dusty.

The location was great.
The place needs to be updated.
The master bedroom:
-the closet doors are rusted (squealed)
-the sheets are old - pilled
-the drawer in the bathroom is slightly off and is chipped
- the bidet was a nice surprise
I didn’t use the twin room, but I was told that the beds were not that good.
Household:
-very little kitchen supplies (baggies, napkins, laundry detergent- specifically since you are required to start laundry prior to check-out)
-cookware is dated
-the beach chairs are broken
-the towels are old
-no other beach amenities- umbrella, snorkel

"Location was great. Could see the beach from our balcony. Fully equipped, even had beach chairs!
Everything was working. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer, etc. Great parking.
