About this villa rental
The house is located at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level, in a breathtaking position overlooking the entire Gulf of Capo Zafferano (Mongerbino).
Casa Panoramica has a large terrace facing the sea, a part of which is covered, a large garden and three outdoor showers. Behind the house there is an external brick kitchen, a barbecue and an outdoor living area to live in the summer !!
The sea, which you have before your eyes throughout the holiday, is only 2 minutes from the house.
Transport from / to airport, car rental.
We also thought of giving our guests the opportunity to spend half a day on the boat to visit the wonders of our coast
The house, independent, is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. The entrance is through the gate in the main street, or via Litoranea, hence a steep residential private road leads to the small gate of the house. A few kilometers from the motorway exit and the Bagheria train station reachable by car.
Guests have access to the internet wifi service and also use the outdoor furniture, chairs, table, chairs and barbecue to use in moments of relaxation.
Car rental is recommended.

The residence is also ideal for a holiday to discover the "Sicilian treasures". Nearby, the archaeological site of Solunto, the wonders of Monte Catalfano, Aspra, Porticello and S. Elia with their fishing villages and their famous fish market, the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria, the Museo Renato Guttuso and the Museo dell ' anchovy. These are just some of the destinations to visit in the narrow radius of 2 km from the residence. Our beautiful cliffs and beaches are very close.
HOUSE RULES

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Avoid shouting and keep a peaceful atmosphere respecting yourself and your neighbors
- Clean the kitchen area and the barbecue area because they are not included in the final cleaning of the house (due to the charge of € 50.00)
- Empty the fridge before leaving the house and throw the trash (due to a charge of 50.00 euros).
A 2 KM YOU WILL FIND ASPRA, MARINARO A VILLAGE WHERE ARE THESE KIOSK, A MARKET, THE MARKET OF FRUITS, FISH MARKET, AN TOBACCO, OTHER BAR, restaurants, sandwich, PIZZA AND ICE CREAM.

Fantastic view and location to see the ocean and the mountains. Very spacious terrasse and all you need to enjoy your meals outside with peace and quiet.

Giuliano was wonderful and the place beautiful. Great communication, clean place and when we needed some thing, Giuliano was on it. One bathroom in "master" bedroom smelled terribly but all others were fine and everything else was in great condition. I only gave it a 4/5 on location as it would have been nicer to have been able to walk to the town or some other activities but guess it may be a trade off as the view was spectacular. The pizza restaurant near by, walk-able, was terrific--lovely people and great food but otherwise not that much in walking distance and Palermo was little longer to get into then I thought. However, it was a very relaxing and wonderful spot and I would definitely stay again and recommend the place to others.

We stayed there for new years. And the owner had left a bottle of some bubbly for us, thank you for that. The property is located in a gated community on a pretty quiet street. To get to the beach it’s a little walk down some steep roads, our grandma 76 did it but it wasn’t easy. There’s a/c and heat in only 2 bedrooms upstairs. The other 2 have none and size wise they look more like a small walking closet than a bedroom. Downstairs is a heater where you need to load pallets every so often to warm up the house. The owner informed us that each extra bag of pallets would be 15 eur but we were able to just buy them in a grocery store quite a bit cheaper. The furniture is very, very old and just covered with sheets/blankets. All, except one mattress were so old the springs dig into your back. There’s NO parking….just in the street on a steep hill. When you pay cleaning fee, kitchen is excluded and you need to clean it yourself. They have worlds smallest washing machine in the kitchen there, fits some shirts, underwear, socks ..that’s about it. No dryer. Another big thing, upon arrival we were told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet. It has to go in trash! The view compensated for a lot and made the stay so much better, but we would not stay there again. The house needs a very serious cleaning…all the tile grout is overgrown with moldy stuff in the bathrooms.
