About this apartment rental

Only a few meters from the sea, the apartment Montemar 33 is located in Port de Sóller and enchants guests with its communal outdoor area and a great view of the turquoise blue sea. The apartment has a living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. Outside, there is a covered, furnished terrace with a barbecue for your private use, where you can enjoy meals together over a glass of wine. The community pool (shared with 40 other apartments) and outdoor showers also provide refreshment on warm summer days. A supermarket is 4 km away, while a selection of restaurants as well as the beach Platja d'en Repic are only 200 m or a short walk from the property.



Please note that the accommodation is on a hillside—to get there, you have to travel on the road or take 200 steps.

Pros: We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the apartment as it was base for us as we were working on the island. It was clean, spacious and in a great location for Port de Soller. Cons: The sewage in the bathrooms was very smelly, immediately on check in the bathrooms did smell pretty bad. The smell would come and go, it might be down to the overall sewage network on the position of the apartments. Lots of mosquitos around the apartment, not a lot you can do as it's not the apartments fault, but just to be forewarned that you can't have windows open overnight. The apartment was very clean on arrival, but if you looked a bit closer the place was tired and needs a bit of an uplift. The showers were hit and miss with water to hot, and then suddenly going cold. Lots of dead mosquitos smacked on the walls...that kind of thing. But generally minor points which would enhance the stay if addressed.
