About this house rental
Our house is located on the side of a hill bordering the Bay of Sóller. The magnificent views, the cozy atmosphere of the house and the place itself, will make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Majorcan style house, is a duplex located on the second floor so you have to climb several scalar to access it. The house has a cozy and bright living / dining room preceded by a nice and beautiful terrace from which to admire the scenery while taking a snack. The well equipped kitchen with a rustic touch, a small toilet next to the entrance and a discreet storage under the stairs, up the whole first floor of this charming duplex. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, has a window overlooking the rear of the house. The second with 2 single beds contains a small terrace to watch the sunrise to wake up and facing the front of the house and the latter also with double bed and an en suite bathroom also has a window facing the bay. A second separate bathroom complete the number of rooms in the 2nd floor. The two upstairs bathrooms have shower.
Finally, on the back is a large terrace where you can sunbathe or celebrate a family barbecue.
The accommodation is completely private so no common areas to share with other neighbors. It has a parking, free Wi-Fi network, television, etc.
At the reception guests will be informed of everything about the functioning of the house, in addition to providing first-hand information on the areas of interest in the surroundings.
The neighborhood in which the property is located is quiet and calm. The house is near the beach and nearby there are several intimate rocky coves to visit.
The area of the harbor promenade is full of bars and restaurants and other establishments as souvenirs where out for a drink or buy souvenirs or typical Mallorcan product.
From the port there is the possibility of taking bus or tram to scroll to Sóller. To go to Palma, it is preferable bus instead of the train as it is cheaper. Although it is advisable to travel by train, at least once, for its great tourist appeal. It is advisable to rent a car to get home because you have to climb a long steep hill which is quite uncomfortable if is loaded with suitcases and luggage.
In the town there are companies that offer different types of recreational activities, from water sports, outdoors like hiking or horseback to cultural activities such as visits to museums and botanical gardens municipality.

We stayed for 3 nights with 5 people and 2 little kids in this beautiful appartment. It was perfect, because we were close to the city/beach (10min walk), but despite that it was surprisingly quiet (neighbourhood, traffic, at night). The view was overwhelming and could be seen from 2 terraces (one perfect in the morning, the second perfect in the afternoon/evening). To have contact with Diana was really easy, highly reliable and she welcomed us heartly. Everything we needed was in the appartment. It was spacious, had 3 bedrooms, she even provided us a babycot. 2 bathrooms were also a luxury and speeded the preparing time for 6 people a lot. One of the bathrooms smelled not so well, I even woke up in the night because of the smell (I think the toilet), but that might be gone after some usage. I highly recommand the stay at Diana's. Thanks a lot! :)

We have had a truly fabulous experience at this wonderful house in Port de Sóller! From the outset Diana was helpful- keeping in touch, including providing useful information on the route from the airport and best places to shop for provisions. Diana was there to welcome us to the house and provided just the right amount of information to help us settle into the house for the week. She also recommended a beautiful secluded cove for swimming - which was idyllic. Diana had thought of everything. The house is incredibly well equipped and we had everything we needed to make the stay extra special. The house is furnished to a high standard, very well equipped and is comfortable. It was hard trying to decide which terrace to spend time on! The views are phenomenal ... the changing vista is one we could never tire of!
The house is exceptionally well placed to explore the Serra de Traumuntana area. The scenery is stunning and the towns and villages provide lots if opportunity to explore, eat and buy local produce and crafts.
After exploring the area it was always a pleasure to return to this gem of a house. The little pool provided an excellent opportunity to cool off whilst taking in the spectacular view. We enjoyed eating out on the terraces whilst soaking in the sights and sounds of Port de Sóller.
Thank you so much Diana, your warm hospitality and attention to detail made this stay in Mallorca exceptional. We would love to come back and stay in your wonderful accommodation again.
