In the commune of Noyers-sur-Cher, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming single-storey house, rated 2 stars, with a surface area of 90 m² and which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa, Bluetooth speaker and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A cellar
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: a sofa bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,000 m², you will find a portico and a trampoline.
- A terrace at the back of the house with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Noyers-sur-Cher on the axis Blois - Saint Aignan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment without any opposite. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit of the ZooParc de Beauval at 10 min.
- Equestrian center with horse or pony rides at 5 min.
- Visit of the castles of the Loire Valley.
- Municipal swimming pool of Saint-Aignan at 5 min.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house or in the courtyard (5 vehicles maximum).
