Bien situé en centre ville tout à pied ou presque, propre, bien équipé Les moins : pas de. Possibilité de recharger un véhicule électrique Climatisation catastrophique en cette période de canicule et d’incendie Extérieur minimaliste

Produit très qualitatif, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Petit jardin et et terrasse certes mais suffisant pour les BBQ et déjeuner en terrasse. Ambiance vacances arcachonnaise assurée. Maison qui se trouve à 2 pas du port de la Teste et de ses ostréiculteurs mais aussi du centre ville et de ses commodités. A 10 mn à vélo du centre ville d'Arcachon et de sa plage. Parking et gare SNCF en face de la maison ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande ce produit.

La maison est fonctionnelle, baignée de lumière, bien équipée. La pièce principale est magnifique et le petit jardin charmant. Pour 4 personnes la salle de douche et le seul WC sont suffisants. Attention : la petite chambre mansardée n'est accessible qu'aux jeunes enfants (hauteur inf à 1m50). L'environnement (la gare et le transformateur électrique) n'est pas très beau mais on est proche du centre ville à pied et le port de la Teste. Un gd merci à xxx et sa collègue pour leur gentillesse!
