About this villa rental

Beautiful and very bright floor, 250 square meters, 4 surprisingly large bedrooms with 4 independent bathrooms just renovated in 2021.
4 independent entrances, 3 of which facing the swimming pool, 14 windows, double living room entirely in stone, kitchen complete with every need (oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, cutlery ...), four very large double bedrooms (two with two single beds one and a half square and two with double beds).
in each room there is air conditioning, wifi, a 55 '' smart TV connected to netflix / amazon prime and much more.
Your stay includes (for each guest): 3 wipes (face-hands-shower) + 1 pool towel + complete bed linen + outdoor tablecloth + 1 indoor tablecloth.
the property is completed by barbeque + external laundry room + 10-seater outdoor table + 10 pool deck chairs / loungers

The property was lovely, and the grounds immaculate; there were a couple of issues which would have improved the property from my perspective:1. More electrical sockets in the kitchen; there were only 2, and there was a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave.2. A filter coffee machine/large percolator- this would have allayed the above issue.3. More tea towels, kitchen hand towels- there were only two tea towels, and no hand towels.4. Refuse sacks- there was only 1 in each bin, we had to purchase others.5. One of the sun beds was broken, and could not be raised.6. One of the en-suite bathrooms emitted a bad smell from the shower drain; we put boiling water down, and it alleviated it for a day, then it returned. A contractor visited on the penultimate day, and explained the issue, rectifying it- that did not work, it smelt worse!7. The check-in was extremely perfunctory; there were no instructions regarding use of washing machine- which we were only able to use once, as we were unable to turn it on a second time. Obviously this was at the end of our time there.8. It would have been useful to have had information regarding the nearest supermarket, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.The above sounds as though the property was poor- it certainly wasn't; contact with the owner was easy (once it wasn't read for a day, not an issue), the fabric of the house was lovely, pool was extremely well maintained throughout our stay, check out was great.

The villa is absolutely amazing with a beautiful big garden. The villa easily accomodated 9 people (5 adults 4 kids of 4-11yrs), and we even ended up having one spare bedroom. The pool is large and deep enough, with lovely surroundings.As the garden & premises require watering and carekeeping, and therefore the owners were present several night during our stay (living upstairs). They are friendly and did not bother us, but this was something we were not aware in advance.The nearby pizzeria was great for quick & tasty takeaway.We would recommend this villa for a great holiday experience in Tuscany.

Just beautiful. Everything is as posted. Owners very accommodating. Enjoyed every minute. Not too far from neighboring towns such as Cortona, Camucia, Pergo. Sienna and Montalcino, a medieval town known for its Burrello was just a hour and half away making it a nice day trip. Would highly recommend it for a place to stay in beautiful Tuscany.

We stayed there almost 2 weeks and had a great time. The description and the pictures of the place on the website is spot on. It is nicely renovated and you can see from the bathrooms that they didn't do it on the cheap. The only thing we were disappointed about was they closed the pool on us after 3 days. They said they had already organized the closing, which felt strange since we were using the property and it was part of why we selected the place. However we made the best of it and sat by pool even it was closed.

Our family of 9 (6 adults, a 5 month old, an 11 month old and a 2 year old) spent an amazing month at this beautiful property. The home is impeccable! The grounds and pool are expertly maintained daily by the friendly Mr. Giuseppe. We enjoyed early morning walks around the property, taking in the fresh air and scenic views while admiring the blooming flowers, olive trees and lemon trees. It was fun mastering the outdoor wood burning BBQ and enjoying our meals under the Tuscan sun. The location is great and we visited over 20 cities and towns in Tuscany during our stay. It was a pleasure meeting the lovely owner, Vera, and her warm and welcoming family. Would highly, highly recommend this vacation property! Tony, Denise and family

We really enjoyed our holiday in this fantastic house in a beautiful garden. Ca' de Santi is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. The Villa is also used by the owners who take care for the garden. It has a great livingroom, lovely pool, bbq area and much more. Matteo, the host, were very friendly and helpful. When we had a question, he answered quickly. We had lovely two weeks. Thanks for the great stay!

A mix of 7 friends and family stayed for a week at Ca’ de Santi. The property is beautiful, with many blooming flowers (roses and wonderfully smelling jasmine!) berries, fruit trees, etc. We enjoyed morning walks within the property gate and some would go out and run outside the property to enjoy more of the countryside. We were provided excellent recommendations by the owner for a wine tour guide and cook to come prepare dinner and provide a pasta-making class on-site, which was alot of fun! The pool is lovely, and the lounge chairs provided are comfortable, along with pool towels in the little pool house. The villa would benefit from an addition of a sofa in addition to the 4 armchairs in the living area. There is plenty of seating with the chairs around the table, but only 4 padded armchairs, so not everyone had a "comfy" chair for the time we spent inside. Also, an explanation ahead of time for how the hot water works would be useful! (It's on an energy efficiency system so during the night the boiler shuts down. You have to turn on the hot water faucet in the morning, and then it seemed it would take about 30 min for hot water to be available. It was very hot once available!) But, overall we would love to come back and had an amazing time!! Hosts were very nice and responsive, and the staff we met that tended to the property were so lovely and friendly!
