Home is located between Manassa and Romeo in the beautiful San Luis Valley, short distance to great Hunting land and Fishing. Home has been completely updated/remodeled. Amazing views and a 15 minute drive to Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad and 30 Minute Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve.
Bring your dirt bikes, 4-wheelers and enjoy some riding time on the dirt roads of the San Luis Valley.
Home has a security system to ensure safety through Arlo. Homeowners do turn off notifications of movement when guests are present in the home.
Manassa is Small town, grocery and gas station and one local restaurant in Manassa and liquor store in Romeo. Alamosa is about 20 minutes from there the home and there is where you will find more amenities like the Sand Dunes.
Antonito is about 10 minutes South where you will find the Railroad Cumbres and Toltec.
