-50% due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival (or full payment if within 60 days).
-Cancelations >60 days: 5% fee; otherwise initial 50% is fully refundable.
-Tenants must be 25+ years old and present during the stay.
-Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST

The master bathroom is not what is pictured on the website. There is no tub. It appears to have been in the middle of remodeling. There was no mirror or towel racks.

A refuge from biking on a highway. Great beach and the condo was perfect for our needs. Three empty nester couples looking for relaxation and good food options.

We love the location of these condos, however, number 7 does need a lot of work. There are broken tiles, mold in the window seals, some of the deck boards feel weak, the front door knob/lock needs replaced as well as the one going to the beach. Some of the drawers were broken.
The people working the beach, chairs, etc., were extremely amazing and always helpful. The spaciousness of the condo itself is always a positive.
With that said, we do plan on coming back next year.

The patio was extremely nasty. In need of a major update. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms was dirty when we arrived. The couches were dirty and stained. The parking situation was terrible. I would not recommend this complex to friends due to the HOA and shape of the condo.
