VIEWS, VIEWS SOME OF THE BEST BEACH VIEWS IN OUR COMPLEX. BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM/2.5 HALF BATH UNIT. GREAT RATES REDUCED. BOOK NOW AND COME AND ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL BEACH. Our condo has some of the best views of the beach in Beachside Villas. WE ARE IN BUILDING 6 UNIT 622 IN FRONT OF THE BEACH. Pool is heated Thanksgiving and Christmas to April 15. See Dolphins playing in the ocean from our condo. The views are GREAT!! This is one of the larger 3 bedroom condos in our complex. Come visit us and see why people keep coming back to our condo. In Building 6, Unit 622 our unit sits right in front of the beach with fabulous views from our unit spanning from the living/dining room to the master bedroom. We have a full-length deck with views of beautiful sunsets to seeing the dolphins play in the water.
We have some of the most beautiful, award-winning white sand Beaches in the United States! Enjoy the 17-mile bike trail on Scenic 30-A and a short walk from the front of our beach to Deerlake State Park. There are 1,700 acres of walking trails through some of the most picturesque scenery and its also a wildlife sanctuary. It's worth a visit to this secluded beach area.
Our unit is very spacious, clean and is decorated 'beachy'. The second floor unit has three bedrooms, two and-a-half baths. Spacious living room with large Flat Screen TV, Blueray DVD player, Stereo. Our unit also has wifi, so bring your laptop and connect to the internet free of charge. Master bedroom with Flat Screen TV, 2nd bedroom has flat TV and 3 rd bedroom has flat screen TV. Unit has all amenities with full-sized washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and is non-smoking with no pets. For those that are familiar with Beachside Villas our building is 6 which sits right in front of the beach.

The condo was very clean with a beautiful view. There was plenty of space, and the three bathrooms were a great feature. My only complaint about this condo is the walk to where you can sit on the beach. I know there’s the option of the golf cart, but it’s still frustrating to not be able to sit right by the condo.

We were disappointed in the view because the pictures show only a fraction of what is truly seen. There are buildings in front and on both sides obstructing maybe 2/3 of view from the deck.

I rented a three br because I thought there were going to be 6 family members but ended up with just four so we had lots of room. Overall it was well worth the money and a great location. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t directly beach front but very close.

We were very disappointed with the distance to walk to the public beach. We had a view of the beach but were unable to use it because it was a “private” beach. My elderly mother could barely walk the distance to pass the private beach and set up farther down. She stayed behind often due to the walk. I booked this particular place because I thought it was closer to the beach. Also, the people above us were very loud and you can hear everything above especially walking (not the fault of the owners). The condo was clean and cozy and well supplied but just not my cup of tea. The balcony was also pleasant. Would not book again due to the noise and distance to the beach.
