North Shore Place is located right in the heart of Forest Beach, with bright and open kitchens, oversized tubs, covered balconies, and on-site parking under the building with key-coded security. This property showcases a rooftop pool, hot tub, and sundeck, as well as pool access at the Seacrest. Beach access is right across the street, just past the Seacrest.
As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan, bright coastal décor, and tile flooring. The living area features comfortable seating, a large TV, free WiFi, and access to a private breezy balcony with lounge chairs and a dining area offering glimpses of the ocean and lush greenery.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location and I would love to stay there again, but I won't deal with Vacasa unless I have too. I was offered an additional night when I first booked at a great price, but needed to come home. My car broke down while there, and when I had to extend, the "great offer" was gone. I also had tried to pay for a late check out, and a customer support person confirmed on the phone that it went through, but later I determined that it did not. When I tried to reach someone at the Hilton Head office I was told that I had to deal with national customer support - just very poor support at a stressful time when I was dealing with car issues. This company has potential, but if they continue on as they were for this trip, I will opt to go through a local agency next time. Unfortunately I have several trips booked with them this summer that I can't cancel.

Already thinking about when we can come back. Great size, great location and had everything we needed. We loved the pool being right outside the door and also just being across the street from anything you could want or need.

This is our 2nd stay at this condo - mainly for the location to the beach and restaurants. It is always very clean. Check-out process is a breeze. The parking gate keypad was broken but they eventually just kept the gate open. Only suggestion would be to spend the money to upgrade to a universal remote for the tv. The remotes are old, held together with masking tape. Other than that it is a really nice condo.
