You can choose to log-in with your own internet-based entertainment services, like Netflix and Hulu if you wish! We do not offer TV channels other than what is on the Roku channel.

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side. We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours.
Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.
This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.
The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.
We welcome all guests regardless of sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, religion, or genetic information. Please understand however that we also enforce our house rules for everyone's safety and security regardless of sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, religion, or genetic information. The optional damage waiver is $50, with an additional $2 per day after the first 10 days for stays longer than 30 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Great place. Great location for me. If you're visit is around Hwy 100, in West Allis or Wauwatosa this is your place.

Great apartment. Very clean. Lots of stairs (for me) with luggage and work bag. Electricity went out just before my arrival (throughout the community), so elevator not available upon arrival. Check in was smooth. Underground parking was nice.

Unit was acceptable,but wi fi and cell reception were weak. Our major problem occurred when we arrived and elevator was out of service for first six days of our stay. We requested minor reimbursement, being seniors, for this this rather burdensome situation, but were totally shut down by host. His response essentially was that “elevator “ was listed in the unit description, but nothing was stated that the elevator would be working. The absurdity of his response to us pretty much left us extremely disappointed with our entire three week stay.
