About this house rental
Home to doctors, travel nurses, and other travel professionals for the past 10 years. This lower duplex is located on a tree-lined street in a residential neighborhood located just four blocks south the beautiful historic homes and gorgeous landscaping of the Washington Highlands (a great area for walking and running). Near Wauwatosa restaurants, cafes, fun shops, grocery stores, and gyms. A 7-12 min drive to downtown, to Summerfest, Fiserv Forum, Miller Park, and Mayfair Mall. 7-10 minutes from the MCW/Froedert/CHW medical complex and a short drive to other hospitals. My goal is to make guests feel at home. so it's fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc.), quality towels and linens, comfortable furniture (including a Sterns & Foster queen mattress), and everything else you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. The upper and lower duplex have their own laundry rooms in the basement with washers and dryers in each. Please note that guests are expected to respect the quiet enjoyment of upper duplex guests (excessive noise, strong odors, partying, and loud music are prohibited). Being a host is what I enjoy most and I do my very best to be very responsive. If you feel like the home is missing something, please always let me know. I primarily book with placement agencies, hence limited reviews.

Stayed here for 2 months while working and Roberta was nothing short of amazing! Easy to talk to when needed, very transparent with all aspects of renting and even was the sweetest and left me a little welcome basket. Her place was a short driving to the expressway to head Dowtown! Would recommend staying with her whenever possible!!

We felt at home in this lovely getaway. Comveniently located. There were so many special touches that made our stay in this home wonderful. I have two young children so the washing machine was an extra life saver. Would definitely stay there again!
