The balcony was great for breakfast with a tree for shade facing the quiet residential street. The full kitchen, living room and dining room plus a den/office were artfully decorated.

This was a great location for all the things we had planned, baseball, the zoo, food and beer. Unit was clean, great amount of space and loved having driveway parking.

The unit is the upper apartment of the owner’s home. We were greeted by the disgusted look of the husband. When I said hello, I was given no response. When I entered the building, Christine introduced herself. She was very nice. The stairs are very steep and narrow. The apartment is nicely decorated, just like the pictures. It would be fine for 1-2 people, but with 3 we felt cramped. We were surprised to find there wasn’t any coffee like we had found at every other VRBO we have stayed at. The listing says that the grill is available, but since it’s the owner’s home and they were outside when we got there, we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Check-out is advertised as 11:30. At 11:15, my daughter was getting the last of our things and using the restroom, and Christine was already stripping the bed and told my daughter that check-out time was at 11. The bottom step is not a full step, and my husband fell while carrying his suitcase and twisted his ankle very badly, It needs to be marked. There is no curtain in the bathroom. Although the bottom window is fogged, the top window is not.
