About this apartment rental
Amazing sunrises are waiting for you each morning as you enjoy your coffee. And each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters, as the sun says goodbye to another day. It really doesn't get much better than this!
This building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 7. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV in every room. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed, a TV and access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 14th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

We're always happy with this rental unit. The only difficulties were that the bedroom and bathroom doors stick and make a lot of noise when opening/closing, and the pool heater was broken making it too cold (this was the 2nd time the pool was not usable during one of our stays). Otherwise, it was great!

The directions were easy to follow and the accommodations were clean and wonderful. It was everything I needed to relax and hear the ocean waves. I would totally recommend to any and everyone!!

The view of the beach and ocean was amazing! Pretty big size condo and rooms. Will definitely come back!

Overall the location was great and the condo was spacious. However it did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. It was very dusty and dirty in some areas, such as a balled up paper towel on the bedroom floor, dirty stove top, greasy stains on kitchen table, candy on bedroom floor, ice melted in icemaker, very little liquid soap, invisilign found on bathroom floor... We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, Although we really enjoyed the views and close access to the beach. We will pass on a return visit.
