Irene 1205 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1205 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, cozy chairs, a recliner, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and a bookshelf filled with lots of books great for beach reading! The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

The pictures are very nice, but I felt that the space looked much nicer in person. Everything was updated and modern, yet homey. My family enjoyed the comfortable beds and amazing view of the beach. My husband and I loved the balcony furniture! Well done!

I reserve this property through VRBO. I put a credit card on file to pay for my deposit. I assumed that when the balance was due it would be automatically charged to my credit card on file. I contacted Shoreline Properties who is the rental manager. I informed them that I didn’t receive any request for the balance due and wanted to pay it. They charged me a late fee! The check in process at Shoreline was extremely easy and fast. Once we arrived at the Irene we had to check in with their front desk. The front desk person Miss Bobby was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was not happy that I had to pay to park for the week. I think it should be included in the price of the condo. The location of the unit is amazing. The ocean view is incredible! The cleaning of the unit was sub par, but can anyone clean as good as yourself?! There were a few maintenance issues but nothing to complain about as they didn’t affect our stay. I did report them on my checkout list.
Overall it was a nice place to stay.
