The modern villa Nea is located in the largest Istrian city and a cultural and historical gem, Pula. It's perfect for enthusiasts of modern architecture and boasts a top-quality 300 m² interior with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Within the premises secured by surveillance cameras, there is an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a barbecue with an outdoor dining area and a trampoline for the youngest, and from the balcony you can enjoy an impressive view of the Pula centre. The premises have a safety alarm system, and no parties are allowed in the villa.
On the ground floor of the house, you can immediately sense the spaciousness of the open-plan living area that combines the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The modern furnishings and neutral colours provide a seamless flow throughout the space, accentuated by decorative touches in shades of yellow and beige.
