This holiday home (10 + 2 pers.) Is suitable for larger groups or families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together. In the house you will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, free WiFi. The location is quiet with complete privacy and not far from the grocery store and the sea. In front of the house is a refreshing pool with a whirlpool. The property is completely fenced, so that even the smallest can play carefree. We recommend trips to nearby places. The most famous is the Pula Amphitheater, which offers a lot of art and culture in summer as well as a good entertainment program. Suitable for families.

Excursions by sailboat (10 m long) with the owner are possible on request (extra).

We stayed here as a group of 11 and found the house to be very well organised and spacious. It comfortably accommodated us all, and we especially appreciated having different areas available so that people could enjoy privacy or gather in smaller groups when they wished.The sleeping arrangements worked well overall. All beds were fine, although the cot was not the most comfortable – it was sufficient for a small child but might not suit an older one.The outdoor kitchen was an absolute highlight – well-equipped and a joy to use! We also loved the pool area, which gave us many wonderful moments together. The pool itself has a slightly coarse surface, so children needed beach shoes while playing, but this did not stop us from enjoying it fully.The trampoline was not used during our stay, as it seemed a bit old and worn, but with everything else available, we didn’t miss it.What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness. They responded to every question and request with warmth, positivity, and a genuine eagerness to make our stay unforgettable.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would warmly recommend this holiday home.

We had a great stay and the villa is conveniently located close enough to town, and easy walking distance to supermarkets and bakery. The pool was a great design, in particular the paddling pool for little ones but it was really rough at certain point. Lots of scuffs and scrapes on the kids which was a bit of a shame

10 people stayed comfortably here’ Pictures do not do it justice. The villa is huge, clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Pula itself is a great place to explore. It is also a perfect place to do day trips from. Will return for sure.

Ruhige Lage und doch zentral, Einkaufs Möglichkeiten in der nähe. Das einzige kleine Manko der Nachbars Hund bellt nachts gerne und auch mal länger. Würde das Haus wieder buchen.

Ruhige Lage, günstig gelegen zum Kap Kamenjak, zu Supermärkten und der Stadt Pula. Sehr gute Verwaltung: präzise, sie reagiert sofort, verläßlich. Das Objekt ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr sauber. Gute Bäder. Erstklassige Poolpflege. Einzige Kritik gilt der Raumaufteilung: oben rechts 3 Schlafräume mit Bad, Eßzimmer, Küche - oben links 3 Schlafräume mit Bad, Wohnraum und sehr kleine Küche unten. Also 2 Küchen im Haus, aber für eine große Familie (wir waren 1o Personen) jede für sich zu klein. Bei 2 Nutzergruppen vielleicht passend. Aber sehr positiv: - 3 Kühlschränke mit TK-Fächern! - Airco in einigen Räumen - Viele Sitzgelegenheiten (aber nicht so für 10 Personen an einem Tisch) - gut funktionierende Abfallentsorgung Ein guter Urlaub rundherum!

Wir haben das Objekt mit 10 Personen angemietet. Es war leider eine Notlösung, da unser ursprüngliches Kroatisches Reiseziel kurzfristig zu einem Risikogebiet erklärt wurde. Das Haus ist genauso wie angegeben. Es ist sauber und hat wirklich viel Platz. Es gibt 3 Klimanalagen die das ganze Haus bekühlen, 2 Küchen mit Spülmaschinen, einen Herd und Grill draussen, drei grosse Kühlschränke sowie drei Bäder mit zwei Waschmaschinen. Die Betten sind für uns total in Ordnung gewesen. Frau Erman war zu jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat sich sofort um unsere Beanstandungen gekümmert (wir hatten 2 Tage kaltes Wasser, einmal funktionierten die Poolpumpen nicht und die Nachbarshunde (Welpen) kamen durch den Zaun). Ihre sofortige Hilfsbereitschaft fanden wir echt toll! Die Küchen sind komplett ausgestattet. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war ein Staubsauger, um einfach mal so krumel oder so weg zu machen. Hier musste alles mit dem Mop gemacht werden. Das sollte man mit einplanen. Den Tipp zur Anschaffung eines Staubsaugers haben wir an Frau Erman weitergegeben. Der Pool ist steinig und sehr rau, so dass man immer ein wenig aufpassen musste sich nicht zu verletzen. Mit ein wenig Achtsamkeit aber sehr zu genießen bei den Temperaturen. Die Kinder hatten bis in die Nacht hin viel spass! Einen Tipp kann ich noch geben, nehmt immer was für Mückenstiche mit. Keine Ahnung was das in Kroatien für Mücken sind, aber die Stiche waren nicht lustig. Frau Erman hat uns sogar erlaubt Moskitonetze für die Betten zu befestigen, damit man wenigstens in der Nacht zur Ruhe kommen kann. 1x die Woche werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht. Frau Erman spricht kein deutsch, so dass wir mit ihr Englisch sprachen. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Wir können das Kap Kamenjak empfehlen, ein Naturschutzgebiet für traumhafte Wasserbuchten. Wer einen Sandstrand für Kinder sucht ist in Medulin super aufgehoben. Hier kann man meterweit ins Wasserlaufen. Optimal für kleinere Kinder. Hier gibt es jedoch mit Tretboot, Jetski, Wasserpark für die Kinder etc. eine Menge zu erleben. Wir eine kurzfristige Reservierung haben wir echt etwas sehr tolles erhalten und bedanken uns sehr für eine tolle Zeit in einem tollen Haus mit toller Betreuung in Kroatien. Familie von Zons

Wir waren mit 2 Familien ( 8 Personen ) für 14 Tage in dem Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war eine supertolle Zeit! Manuela ( Vermieterin ) reagiert sofort wenn man eine Frage hat und ist sehr hilfsbereit ! Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Siisti ja kodikas, kaikki tarpeellinen mitä asumiseen tarvitset. Kuvat vastasivat hyvin todellisuutta. Saavuimme paikalle yöllä ja etukäteen maksussa ongelmia, mutta omistajalle sopi hyvin, että maksamme vasta paikanpäällä. Paluulentomme lähti myös yöllä, saimme olla talolla siihen asti kun lähdimme lentokentälle. Hänet sai hyvin kiinni puhelimella. Naapureista ei haittaa, hiljainen sijainti, kadulla ei liikennettä. Keskustaan kävelymatka ja sieltä pääsi bussilla rantaan. Meitä oli kaksi 4 henkistä perhettä, talo oli kuin tehty meille. Suosittelen lämpimästi, upea paikka. Kaksi perhettä Porista

Wunderschönes Haus. Auch die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön. Supermarkt und Bäcker in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Werd nur entspannen will und kein Halli Galli braucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkumpliziert und sehr nett
