The room was good with AC, clean enough, and large enough. The shared space (living room and kitchen) is spacious, and there is a dedicated place in the fridge for each room. Location is great

The cleanliness of the private bathroom (Arena) and shared space could be improved. The bathroom has visible limescale buildup in the shower cabin, and the sink faucet is so clogged that the water flow is significantly reduced. There’s also no trash bin in the bathroom, which is especially necessary for female guests. The living room needs more attention as well - there’s visible dust on surfaces, and the sofa doesn’t appear clean enough to sit on. While we didn’t use the living room ourselves, we wanted to share this feedback so it can be passed along to the cleaning staff. We weren't a fan of private bathroom being located outside the room, requiring us to pass through the shared space to access it (while not a major issue, it’s unclear why it doesn’t share a door with the room itself, especially since they share the same wall); Also, the bathroom can’t be locked from the outside, so it’s uncomfortable leaving personal items there without knowing if someone else might use it while we're away, even if unlikely. It wasn't easy to find the apartment; there were no signs inside the building indicating its location. We initially went to the second floor, then noticed the stairs and self check-in boxes between the first and second floors. The lack of a name or sign on the apartment's main door was confusing.

Pogodna je lokacija, lijepo uređeno s puno sadržaja. Kreveti su poluudobni i sobe prostrane.

Nije mi se svidjelo što su emailovi jako generični i netočne su upute za dolazak. Npr. u mailu je navedeno da su kutije s ključevima izvan zgrade, a zapravo su na 3.katu kada se uđe u zgradu. Kontakt broj ne priča hrvatski. Poslije nas je došao još jedan par koji je isto tražio kutijice s ključevima izvan zgrade. Kada smo ih uputili u zgradu rekli su da su i oni dobili isti email i da je i njihova kutijica za ključ prva kao i naša, što nije bio slučaj. Također nije mi se svidjelo što wc-i nisu u sobama nego izvan soba u zajedničkom hodniku koji svi dijelimo. Jesu privatni, ali svejedno ne možete slobodno u ručniku prolaziti. Ovo su više apartamni kao da ste svi u velikoj kući i dijelite sobe. Čuju se susjedi i njihove radnje. Također - bojler nije bio uključen pa sam se morala tuširati ledenom vodom, a kada smo uključili bojler skužili smo da iz njega kapa cijelo vrijeme. Također na krevetu je bilo par crnih vlasi koje nisu naše.
