Great location in the centre of Pula with a grocery shop in the building and a bus stop across the street. The shared kitchen was big, clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were super clean. Everything was organised and super duper clean and comfortable. The windows isolate sound very well and it is always peaceful and quiet in the apartment even though it's on a busy street. High ceilings and AC in every room. We visited these beaches via city bus: Valkane, Verudela, Ambrela, Seagull's Rocks (highly recommend the last one).

I didn't like the concept of a shared kitchen and living room, but it ended up being totally fine since we rarely saw anyone else in the apartment.

The room was good with AC, clean enough, and large enough. The shared space (living room and kitchen) is spacious, and there is a dedicated place in the fridge for each room. Location is great

The cleanliness of the private bathroom (Arena) and shared space could be improved. The bathroom has visible limescale buildup in the shower cabin, and the sink faucet is so clogged that the water flow is significantly reduced. There’s also no trash bin in the bathroom, which is especially necessary for female guests. The living room needs more attention as well - there’s visible dust on surfaces, and the sofa doesn’t appear clean enough to sit on. While we didn’t use the living room ourselves, we wanted to share this feedback so it can be passed along to the cleaning staff. We weren't a fan of private bathroom being located outside the room, requiring us to pass through the shared space to access it (while not a major issue, it’s unclear why it doesn’t share a door with the room itself, especially since they share the same wall); Also, the bathroom can’t be locked from the outside, so it’s uncomfortable leaving personal items there without knowing if someone else might use it while we're away, even if unlikely. It wasn't easy to find the apartment; there were no signs inside the building indicating its location. We initially went to the second floor, then noticed the stairs and self check-in boxes between the first and second floors. The lack of a name or sign on the apartment's main door was confusing.

Location was excellent for Arena. Air conditioning best ever which was a welcome relief from the strong heat in Pula. Loved that they let us in early after bus journey to unload luggage.

The amount of keys! Am laughing as I write this but felt like I was a Gaoler!! Each door double locked you had to plan an hr before you could leave the place!! Even the external bathroom required double unlocking and then to keep you private locking from inside! How there aren’t more accidents I don’t know! So entrance, bathroom and bedroom! It involved some mirth if u needed the toilet quick!! I feel expensive for a very basic room but it served us well for a night. Sorry! Have tried to be good humoured!
