This 3,200-square foot home sleeps 14 people and includes 4 bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, 3 full baths, 2 dens, large deck overlooking the lake, washer and dryer, 3 fireplaces, screened in porch, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Large den has tables/bar seating for 16.
Boat rentals and delivery available at nearby marina (Herrington, Chimney Rock and Pandora Marinas) or bring your own and take advantage of our dock and private boat ramp. Swim or fish off of the private dock.
Nearby attractions include historic Danville; Bourbon Trails; Shaker Village; golf; restaurants; Anderson-Dean Community Park and Aquatic Facility; The Great American Dollhouse Museum; state parks; horse-riding stables; bike trails; drive-in theater; live theater; canoe, rafting and kayaking trails; and shopping.

We have rented this home for 6 years. The house and property are lovely for a large group of family and/or friends. We have always had a wonderful time and everyone looks forward to our yearly trip to the lake.

Excellent home for a family vacation. It’s almost to the end of a dead end road, very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. This home was very comfortable and clean for our group of 8 adults. The bedrooms are all on the second floor, and the layout afforded privacy. The kitchen is very roomy and very well stocked, as we cooked all meals. The refrigerator was large enough for a week’s worth of food. The downstairs living room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the two large tables, as we used one for dining and one for puzzles and games. The bar area was beautiful with a bourbon barrel wall. We spent most of our days outside on the porches and the dock, watching the river traffic and fishing. We rented a boat on a couple of days from Herrington Marina, which you can see from the Point (also a good fishing spot). We had a campfire several nights. There is little to no cell service, but the WiFi was stellar. We had a truly great week here.

Amazing property with all you could possibly need. Peaceful. Stunning river view. Very comfortable. My friends and I didn’t want to leave!
